i want to get into action here at my school but the security is tight. cameras in the school adn in the parking lot around the school. does anyone know how to hardkill these cameras with an EMP pulse? i need something portable as in backpack sized.

You're joking, right? An EMP bomb, in the back of your backpack?
First, look at the pure logistics of it. It's a complete wonder that anyone could fit a sizeable EMP bomb inside the back of a truck, let alone in a backpack.
Your best method for targeting something like a surveillance system, is so instead of EMPing the entire thing, attack them at the source. Just a couple well placed shots from a paintball gun will disable it, easily.
